The entire staff at Lakeport Acute were a staff of Angels. The facility is very clean and the staff are always so polite and helpful with either the patients or family members. My mother was there for 18 months til she passed. There is no other facility that I would’ve wanted my mother to be at. The staff treat everyone as family and go out of their way for the residents. Everytime I went there I was able to get updates on my mom. Even after my mother passed away the staff told me that if I needed anything to reach out to them and they would help me out. This staff is committed to the well being of all their patients and treat them all with complete dignity and respect at all times and with big smiles. I recommend Lakeport post acute to everyone.
