This place DOES not take care of any patients and will leave them in bed FOR DAYS in their own urine. I would not take any family here unless you simply want them treated in the WORST way possible. It makes me so upset to trust a place with your family and they do not treat them with any respect what so ever and most of the time will do anything but check on them even in their worst state. He was there for 30 days and now i have family sitting in the hospital and doctors telling us he was given the wrong meds and CLEARLY not taken care of. He is old and sick and wants to be in a comfortable place and this place DOES NOT have any comfort, care , respect, kindness, or wellbeing i can only pray he will be okay.

Would NOT recommend!!! I recently had a loved one with them for about 30 days and within the 30 days he developed very clear signs of neglect, including severe bedsores, UTI, etc. and had to be hospitalized the very first day coming home along with that before he was released back to us they called and were asking if we would leave five star review

Family member was put here for a month because they were highly recommended. At the end of the month he got released, and we saw that his whole body is covered in bed sores, meaning they didn’t move him at all the entire time he was there. There’s signs that he was sitting in his own wet pants for most of the time he was there aswell. His legs and feet were so swollen and all they did was cut the ankles of his pants so they wouldn’t cut off circulation instead of actually helping him. Before he was released, they asked us to give them a 5 star review. Luckily we waited until he got home because now I can warn everybody looking into this place that it is not to and NEVER to be trusted with your loved ones. Neglect is a very serious matter and I’m hoping this will help anybody else avoid it. This is not a fake review, this was my grandpa that went through this. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

I came to Lakeport Post Acute after surgery, this was my first time in a skilled nursing facility. The employees here are so caring, helpful and trusted. Housekeeping was amazing, such a clean facility. My physical therapists was so attentive and helpful. 5 stars is not enough for this facility.

Lakeport Post Acute really helped my partner get back on his feet and be able to come home. The facility was very clean. Their Staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The Nurses/CNAs were available and attentive. I was most impressed with the Physical Therapy Dept – my partner was given personal PT everyday and they had Group Classes to improve motor skills. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends if their family ever needs a place to rehabilitate.

I recently stayed at Lakeport post acute. The facility was extremely clean. Housekeeping was great 9/10. The food was very good. The physical therapy staff was excellent. They helped with everything. The Nursing staff was great. The full staff here was just very friendly overall. 10 out of 10 I would recommend anybody coming here.

So far it has been a really good experience. Some of the CNAs are too young, many are amazing and really care. They treat me great. Physical therapy is great but I would like more exercises. The food is good so far. The facility is clean and comfortable. Overall a really great experience.

My mother was at Lakeport Post Acute for 100 days, released home today! We were admitted to a different facility at first and I was so grateful that we were able to be moved much closer to home. From the moment we were accepted there, everyone from administration to transport to dietician to cleaning staff were professional and kind. The therapy staff was so incredibly kind and conscientious. And they worked hard to get her up and going! There was a time when she was first admitted we weren’t sure she would be coming home, but they worked like crazy to get her mobile again. All the nursing staff, from RNs to CNAs to everyone in between was thoughtful and lovely. Truly, my family doubted she would make such an incredible recovery. We credit that to how conscientious the therapists were and the care of all who cared for her. What you do isn’t easy, yet you do it with grace and kindness. I cannot thank the whole team enough!

The facility was very clean. Houskeepg was fantastic. Therapy was top notch. I would recommend wholeheartedly coming to Lakeport Post Acute if you ever need the care.

I’m very happy with the care I am receiving here. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The OT and PT teams are great. They really know their stuff. They have been very helpful. The staff have a good relationship with each other and constantly help each other out. Everyone is very cooperative. It makes for a very supportive climate in which to heal.

My 82 year old aunt stayed at Lakeport Post Acute for a month and the staff was excellent! Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The facility was bright and clean with lots to keep her busy.. she loved the staff members that would stop for small conversation and to listen to her jokes. The physical therapy there was a lifesaver! The PTs were so caring and helpful and really made the difference in her recovery! She was able to receive her instacart orders easily but she enjoyed the in-house meals often asking for seconds. I highly recommend Lakeport Post Acute to anyone looking for exceptional aftercare!

I recently spent three months at this facility after a nasty fracture of my left leg. The physical therapy department is amazing! Experience, knowledge and empathy! First time attempting to put a little weight on the leg I cried! With patience and kindness, I was able to learn the best way to function without hurting myself. Very grateful. Overall care was satisfactory.

My heartfelt thanks go out to the entire staff at Post-Acute Rehab for their incredible care and support during my two-month recovery from a broken hip. I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism of everyone there. The nurses and CNAs were absolutely wonderful, the food was surprisingly great, and the physical and occupational therapy team—especially Shobha, Keysap, Stuart, Jesus, and their whole crew—were phenomenal. They treated me with such compassion, patience, and encouragement every step of the way. I felt truly cared for, like part of the family. I’m so grateful to each of them and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of skilled, heart-centered recovery care.
